Aloha! Thursday, April 22, 2010 is the 40th anniversary of Earth Day, a day which was started to promote environmental protection. Activities to enhance environmental awareness and action will take place all around the globe. The LCC Sustainability Committee is planning a variety of educational opportunities and other activities during the third week of April to promote sustainability on campus and beyond! The week will culminate in the Ka Mole o Na Pua Festival on Saturday, April 24 here at LCC. Stay tuned for more news!
